I have finalized the menu.....I showed up with some wine and an appetite. I was not disappointed.
Mixed green salad with dried figs and blue cheese topped with a mustard-lemon vinagrette.
Garlic polenta with sauteed onions and cremini mushrooms.
Rosemary and thyme roasted asparagus.
Baked pears with a mixed berry balsalmic reduction, topped with a spot of cream.
