Avoiding Poverty

Dr. Walter Williams is guest hosting Rush today. Here are his 4 keys to avoiding a lifetime of poverty:
  1. Finish high school.
  2. Get a job, any job, even a minimum wage job. 2 people working for the minimum wage will earn about $21,000 per year, which is $3,000 above the poverty level for a family of four.
  3. Don't have any babies until you are married. Once you get married, stay married.
  4. Avoid criminal activity.
