Tonights wine. Details to follow.
The wine has great clarity. It has a smooth texture, very clean, slightly velvety (is that a word?). Ruby colored, a little sweet. Kinda makes the tongue pucker a bit. It's got a little bite, if you swish it around in your mouth. [13.5% alcohol].
It would go well with a pasta and a simple red sauce, and sautéd broccoli rabe and garlic.
