If you are in charge, you fire the ones who do not get it and press on.If you are not in charge and press on, you run the risk that those in charge will decide that you don't get it and.....There are so few who "get it," it is a wonder anything ever gets accomplished.FTR, I am sure that I have been the one who did not get it on at least a few occasions.
I may not get it right now ... time will tell ... but I don't think it's me. Pressing on, to hell with the consequences. I'm an artist! Damn it!
