the apartment next door

I've been crunching the numbers, and it's close, but I'm leaning towards buying it. If the board will approve me. Co-op boards in NYC have a lot of power, and can squash a deal, but I think that they'll go for it. I just need to sleep on it and crunch the numbers again in the morning.

Right now I'm having a therapeutic glass of wine and a little rigatoni at Vai, which is pleasantly lacking frat boy beer guzzlers on this St. Patty's Day.
