Closed today, finally, on my last property for sale. Was a bit irrigated at the buyers. I offered the house as a cash only sale. They made an all cash offer. Today we closed with an attorney representing the bank with whom they got a loan. They lied to me. They lied to the real estate broker. They pissed me off.
We had a closing scheduled for last Wednesday. They cancelled. Sunday I got a call from the real estate broker, saying, they buyer wants to know what is the delay? WHAT???? They're the ones delaying.
Anyhow, it's all water under the bridge. Monday I close on the co-op and Wednesday I move all my big stuff. I'm soon to be a city dweller.
